Tmat Products, LLC is owned and operated out of Oklahoma with products being manufactured and shipped from Ohio, USA.

Tmat was designed and built by the Timura family, owners of Triaxis Machine & Tool, LLC, based in North Royalton, Ohio, USA. Recognizing the daily challenge of securely hauling cargo, boxes, sports equipment, coolers, and various items in truck beds, car trunks, and cargo areas, they leveraged their 100+ years of combined experience to create the Tmat Cargo Management System—an elegant and simple solution preventing items from sliding or rolling during transport.

In the summer of 2023, Kenny Austin purchased a Tmat system for a camping trip to Alaska with his kids. Before discovering Tmat, Kenny grappled with bed dividers, straps, and other methods to keep his ever-changing truck bed organized. After a few months of experiencing Tmat's effectiveness in organizing toolboxes and equipment, securing supplies on cross-country camping trips, hauling equipment for farm work, and even facilitating family furniture moves, he realized Tmat was a remarkable product he wanted to be a part of.

In October 2023, Kenny established Tmat Products, LLC in Oklahoma, taking over the product line. He now collaborates closely with the Timura family, who continues to manufacture and ship Tmat from their facility in North Royalton, Ohio, USA.
